Overview

Metro-X is a multi-channel Mux/Demux module that is comprised of multiple connected CWDM-15 devices.
By using optical multilayer interference filter technology, it can efficiently multiplex/demultiplex optical signals of multiple wavelengths.
This module has excellent optical performance, including low insertion loss, low PDL (polarization-dependent loss), and low dispersion, and has passed reliability tests in accordance with the Telcordia GR-1221 standard.
Its long-term reliability in the field has also been proven, providing high-quality and stable wavelength demultiplexing and merging functionality in a variety of CWDM systems, including metro and access networks.
