Isolator-integrated Nano Tap Photo Detector
INTP
- Ultra-compact size: 1.2 × 12 × 1.2 mm (W×D×H)
- φ0.16 Bare fiber compatible
- Minimum fiber bend radius: 5 mm

Overview
INTP is an integrated optical component that combines an optical isolator and a tap photodetector. By integrating the optical isolation function while maintaining a compact package size of 1.2 × 1.2 × 12 mm, we have achieved a product size that complies with the QSFP-DD (Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable Double Density) standard, which demands higher levels of miniaturization and power efficiency.
-

Combines the functions of an isolator and a power monitor
Optical signal direction can be controlled and power can be monitored at the same time, improving system efficiency and stability.
-

φ0.16 Bare fiber compatible
Offers high applicability and flexibility even with thin fibers.
-

Minimum fiber bend radius: 5 mm
Minimizes optical signal loss and maintains excellent transmission performance.
-

RoHS-compliant
It is environmentally friendly, RoHS-compliant, limits the use of harmful substances, and supports sustainable product creation.
