Unidirectional Tap-Integrated Photo Detector
IPD-UD
- Directivity Characteristics
- Telcordia GR-468 compliant
- Minimum fiber bend radius: 5 mm

Overview
The IPD-UD series are optical power monitors with a tap function that branches a small amount of light from a fiber and detects it with a photodetector. It receives only the optical signal from the input port and does not receive the optical signal from the output port. It features a compact package design and does not require a branch coupler. It has low loss and high directivity over a wide wavelength range from C band to L band.
-

Directivity Characteristics
By concentrating optical signals in a specific direction, it is possible to improve communication efficiency, perform precise optical measurements, and reduce interference.
-

Telcordia GR-468 compliant
It can be safely installed for a long time in communication infrastructure that requires high reliability and durability.
-

Minimum fiber bend radius: 5 mm
Minimizes optical signal loss and maintains excellent transmission performance.
-

RoHS-compliant
It is environmentally friendly, RoHS-compliant, limits the use of harmful substances, and supports sustainable product creation.
