We will guide you through the entire process, from requesting a demo unit to returning it.

Santec's sales staff will advise you on the best model to suit your needs.
Demo unit shipping
Santec's specialist staff will carefully pack and ship your item.
Demo unit arrives
When the demo unit arrives, check the packing list to make sure all accessories are included.
Demo unit rental period
The demo unit rental period listed is two weeks.
The date the item arrives will be the start date of the rental, and the date you return the item will be the end date of the rental.
(Transportation time is not included in the rental period.)
Returning the demo unit
Please confirm that all the items listed in the packing list are present and then ship the item back to Santec.
